<h2>Skills Scholarships 2016 announced by Christchurch Educated, New Zealand</h2>
Christchurch Educated, New Zealand announced Christchurch Educated Skills Scholarships 2016 for Indian students pursuing their post graduate level in Christchurch for intake in semester 1 and semester 2 2016.
Scholarship Details:
# There is a maximum scholarship pool of NZ$104,000 available for suitably qualified and experienced students.
# Ten skills Scholarships will be offered, relating to specific disciplines aligned to Christchurch skills shortage areas such as Construction, Engineering, ICT and Science.
# The Christchurch Mayoral Scholarships (2 X $12,000 each) are presented by Mayor Lianne Dalziel to two students who display outstanding merit in their qualifications and professional fields.
# In addition, there are a further eight $10,000 Christchurch Educated Skills Scholarships available for students who demonstrate exemplary standards in their qualifications.

Eligibility Criteria:
Christchurch Educated Skills Scholarships are available to graduates who:
# Already hold an undergraduate qualification4 related to one of the identified skill shortage areas and the long term skill shortage list.
# Are able to meet all student visa requirements in order to undertake postgraduate study in New Zealand – and
Can obtain an offer of place for an approved program of study from one of the participating Christchurch tertiary institutions.
