Shouls students get more holidays in summers?

Global Warming is on a hype, so is heat in summers. Some rules also need to be changed with the changes in our environment! What's your take on this?

I believe it should all depend from place to place coz temperature itself varies alot in india from place to place. Places like Nagpur, for instance, where there is scorching heat, should have students with more summer holidays and places like Shimla, should have more Winter holidays. It all depends!
