Everyone has the right to defend themselves against injustice or attack.

It's not always as simple as 'get another job'. Public servants sacrifice certain things that other careers may not have to. They know that going in, but that doesn't mean once they are in the rules don't change and they don't get screwed over.

Public servants are performing a great service, they aren't saints, they should be treated better than the majority are.

Yes everybody in this world have the rights to agitate if something goes wrong than usual. So if you consider this then public servants can go for a strike if it is for a good cause

Public servants are also human beings. They also enjoy and should enjoy the fundamental rights which a common man enjoys irrespective of their profession. They also have some life and limit of work. One cant exploit and humiliate them just because they are public servants. If thy experience injustice anywhere they have full authority to strike if their demands aren't met i n terms of salary pay, granting of leave,or getting benefits of government schemes if any.In such cases public servants have a complete moral right to strike.

In India everyone have the right to fight for their injustice if they feel it so. So public servants have the complete right to do the strike if they feel something wrong is happening with them. Why need to cope with undesirable working conditions?
