Should lalit modi be continued as chairman of IPL or not?

Considering the fact that grand success of IPL 1, 2 and 3 seasons, should lalit modi be continued as chairman or because of allegations, he should be replaced by some one else like chirayu amin??
 
I think lalit modi should not be continued as chairman of IPL because he is a master mind of the biggest fraud in cricket world. But at the same time, the people who are involved with him also get punished. I am sure that BCCI also must be involved into this scandal.
 
i agree .. lalit modi should get a chance to explain his point of view.. he had done a good job of organizing 3 IPLs.. and we don't even hang KASAB without trail then why hang LM???
 
though lalil modi has done greta GaFLA in IPL, it doend not matter wehter he shud continue or not... coz nyone whu gonna seat on this chair,, will continue to do GaFLA lyk dis.. Remeber this league has politicle support.. & as we knw Paisa alwes attracts politiciinas... Only thing goona chnge now is dat instead of lalit modi & few people now IPL money will b contrubuted among many...
 
Lalit modi should not be allowed to continue as chairman of IPL. There are lot of things happened in short time.Current controversy has shown exit doors for 2 big persons and it has triggered a horner's nest.Important bid documents seems to have gone missing.There is a foul play suspected to be behind all these incidences.So it important to clear the air and make the game transparent.I think suspending Mr.Modi is a wise decision.

Well...I think it has been right move by Mr Shashank Manohar to suspend Lalit Modi coz he started misusing his power. I mean to force the other franchisees to quit and bringing his own relatives has brought a big shame for IPL. I think this news has effected IPL image a lot and that was the reason that TRP of IPL final didnt went as expected.
 
yes he should because i hate him he just want to make money nothing else it is the coach efforts and the team efforts that they winning the match.
 
Whether he should be continued or not it's a decision of Cricket control board but here there are some doubts raising over this controversy that why govt. is pushing IT to raid? why IT is sleeping until now? Why govt. ordered IT investigations when one union minister had to resign from the office? Why ministers in India don't support creativity, hardwork, success? why they are not available during price hike, crisis, 26/11, farmers suicide and what not? It seems politicians didn't digest modi is earning more money than their black money. Had he known that he would have been suspended if he tweets something, he would not write it. One thing which is not digest that how come such big financial irregularities and bids rigging happened when there was governing council already available ,how come one can stretch these irregularities to consecutive 3 years. There must be well planned and channel that leads to these circumstances. May be Lack of transparency leads to the brand image of IPL. We should not reach to the conclusion until modi replies to the 10 questionnaire given to him by BCCI. Let's see what he replies. It does not mean I am supporting modi or anyone I just have one question why they do all these investigations when things go out of control. It leads to one thought that whenever there is controversy only then govt. will do some thing to control it. why not they regulate these affairs from the beginning when somebody comes with new idea. Why to give so much liberty to someone that he would find it easy to do scandal. It's not a fault of modi, it's a fault of system. It applies to every body who is directly or indirectly a part of govt.
 
thrs nothin really original bout ipl...n given d fact dat modi hs had numerous cases against him...ranging from misbehaviour to tax evasion...he shud b bannd...but it wnt really make a difference cz somone equally corrupt or evn more...will go on n replace him...

don't sneek into the private life for people like tiger woods or john terry.....dats none of our buisness.....just see what they have acheived

same goes for lalit modi as well
 
yes ..he is the best..he is a master mind..he had also cracked 2 big deals of getting walt disney and espn tv rights into india
