Well i don't think this should be banned, think of a small advertisement about Nappies... its but obvious that a toddler needs to be shown there, laughing and smiling and having a good time. No adult can take his / her place right ? Care needs to be taken that while shooting the interests of the children is given more importance advertisements or movies.
