should be donate for flood relief?

Hey thats not true... people who are suffering in this situation, they don't deserve such debates but help... please come ahead and join our hands to rescue the from such drastic condition..
 
There are so many relief funds... well, to whom does it provide relief...
I would rather donate money to an NGO, then putting it in some relief fund...
 
i don't think the people who are suffering the consequences of the floods deserve to suffer because the govt. happens to be pathetic.
 
my sense is that we should channelise the flow of money for different purposes especially during naural calamities in a well thought out manner , The current state with the flow of money is that the rich keep getting richer and poor just keep getting poorer
