Should abortion be permitted?

yes....i think abortion should be allowed....pre married sexs cannot be stopped...and chances of getting a child though using condom(as not 100% full proof). so to avoid unwanted child and get trouble in many ppl life..abortion should be allowed.
this will:
help in population control
less of anaat babies
less suicides..many more reason to allow abortions
 
I will permit abortion to be performed if the life of mother is under threat by growth of foetus. I take a diff view than what was stated above that permitting abortion is not going to stop pre-marital sex and instead its going to increase its occurrence.

I think it should be allowed if the girl is unmarried because i am agree with the Siddharth point that sex can never be stopped before marriage. Moreover it is a girl's right whatever she wants to do with her life. We do not have any right to influence and change their decision. So abortions should be permitted by law.

Yes. For women who are early to give baby can be permitted as the child may not be good at health if the women's age is less
