well friend u have chosen a debatable topic........ according to me gay marriage should be legalized as according to the Indian Marriage Act also the age limit has been defined and after that there is no such compulsion regarding the sex of the partner.......
The person who is going to marriage would be satisfying the age limit and then no one is allowed to stop them as they have attained the age of maturity and they know what is good or bad for them.......
therefore I think that it should not be banned hence it should be legalized........
But on other hand some people think for the societal impact of these marriages, so in this case too I dont think that there is much more harm in this as the other peoples have a right to think and act according to their views.......
