I wonder why so much sensitivity about a concept GOD (give HIM any name of any religion) yet the woman who exists in reality in form of mother,sister, Girlfriend/wife colleague or a member of our society becomes of jokes of dirtiest kind.It has also been found that such Men Who Enjoy Sexist Jokes Show Tendency for Domestic Abuse.

this is happening only because of the electronic media encouraging youngsters in such of kind of things. the problem with electronic media is that they focus only on problems rather than solutions while they show how to abuse rather than showing why is it bad to abuse? and the nonveg jokes that are being played in the movies are also great motivation to abuse women

The media portrayal of domestic violence in the entertainment media, such as movies and television, has similarities and differences, compared to news media reporting on domestic violence. Research papers on the Media and Domestic Violence have noted that since the news media began discussing domestic violence in the 1970s, it has increasingly confined the subject to the private sphere and focused on the individual women involved, either blaming them for the abuse or viewing them as heroes fighting against a cruel individual.

That is one very frustrating aspect of religion, in my humble opinion. On one hand it expects you to revere and respect an entity that may or may not be there in reality and at the same time is not able to afford equal treatment to all human beings.
