<h2>Scotlands Saltire Scholarships 2016 announced by University of St Andrews, UK</h2>

University of St Andrews, UK announced Scotland's Saltire Scholarships 2016 for pursuing full time masters and Ph.D programs in a wide range of subject areas. M.Sc, M.Litt, MRes, MPhil Behavioural and Neural Sciences and Ph.D programs are the eligible programs inorder to be considered for Scotland's Saltire Scholarships.

Scholarship Details:

100 awards available across Scotland.
Scholarships will be awarded £4,000 towards tuition fees.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must:
Be a citizen and permanent resident of either Canada, China (including Hong Kong), India, Pakistan or USA.
Have a conditional or unconditional offer of a place at a Scottish university on an eligible course before an application can be considered.
Be able to demonstrate that they can meet the costs of living in Scotland and the remaining tuition fees.
Not have previously studied for a full undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Scotland.
Not have previously received a Saltire scholarship.
