plz help me here!!!

i hav got a project where i need to compare the salary structure of two employees( one must be frm public sector nd one frm private one) of the same designation or doing the nearabotu same job duties.

i tried hard bt cant get the salary break-ups frm anyone.

plz help me if u could provide me the salary structure frm any sector- education, telecom, etc. and guide me how to process...

the salary Structure of the any organization is most probably d same, but also it depends on company to company. But basically these r d components:-

Basic 40% of the PM Salary
HRA if based at Mumbai then 50% of Basic or out station then 40% of Basic
Conveyance 800 Rs
Medical Basic divided by 12 Month the comp will be the come
LTA same as the Medical
Bonus its up the organization to org whether they want to include in the CTC or NOT
PF standard Basic of More then 6500 rs / PM or More then 7800 Rs/ PM fixed
Leave Allowance
Sp Allowance
Super annuation
Meal Coupon
 
m a MBA student and wanted to make a project on different salary structure adopted by different companies. can anybody help me on that..??

Salary structure for Public ltd. co. i.e. Vishal Retail Ltd.
Structure for Store level employee as follows:
60% Basic
30% HRA
10% Conveyance
