Run test / Auto correlation

hi,
i am stuck with some statistical tool used for non randomness. i am focusing on run test and auto correlation only. can anybody help me in understanding the topics fully. it would be better if explained with an example on excel.

but i dont want to fine correlation between two data series. i have only one list of data points (say from 10 to 100).
e.g. 33,45,65,33,45,21,67,99,76,54,....
i want to find out whether this series is random or non random?
