I want to prepare notes on "Role of MNC in the emergence of Global Quality".
can anybody provide me link for study of this topic?
 
Its a very "hatke" topic. What do you have in mind? Do you have a rough framework in which you need help?

Or you want us to help you with the framework itself and you will build on it?
 
True I donot have even framework. In fact I need some examples which depicts how MNCs contributed to quality assurance at global level,say by forming JV or by M & A etc.
 
So basically you have to cover topics like

Consolidation, Globalization, Glocalization, M & A, Joint Venture, Acquisition of Sick units and Turnaround.

Just grab some notes from MP on business environment or strategic management and you are good to go.

The notes should cover what is a JV and when its done vis-a-vis when a M & A is done . Difference between acquisition and a takeover etc. Weave examples around these notes to make a strong case.
