Restricted H1-B entry -Watz ur say?

Recently,two U.S Senators are trying to pass a bill resticting the entry of H1-B or L-1 visa workers to US.This will shatter most of the Indians' dream of US life.This is also detrimental to the US companies which are heavily dependant on Indian brains.Moreover,this also affects globalisation in a big way.Instead of banning the H1-B visa workers why put a restriction on the no.of foreign workers, in a company.Alternatively,the company should also have U.S ppl in equal proportion in their centers.For E.g. Company "XYZ" can have 10% of Indians working in US locations.Company "XYZ" is also having 10% of US ppl working in its Indian centers or an global location outside US.This will create employment for US and at the sametime give Indians a fair share of US life.This will also help ppl explore cultures of other countries.
