A research design is the detailed blueprint used to guide a research study toward its objectives.

The process of designing a research study involves many interrelated decisions.

The most significant decision is the choice of research approach, because it determines how the information will be obtained.

Our research aims to give answers to the following questions

 Do people consume alcohol or not


 Distinguishing consumption patterns on the basis of gender


 The reasons for consuming alcohol as also the reasons for not consuming alcohol


 Further detailed questions on the various reasons short listed


 Consumption of the people on an average basis


 Problems encountered after consumption of alcohol(aimed for the heavy drinkers)
