It is a matter of sorrow that disable people are not specific targeted in the MillenniumDevelopment Goals.But accordingto our perception, is our belief it thatexceptthe participationof the disablepeople,it is not possibleto developand alsoto achievethe goal properly.Technology is usedfor disablepeopleto achieve Millennium DevelopmentGoals.Technology considered a combinationof four is as basiccomponents-technoware, humanware,orgawareand inforware,all of rvhich togetheraccomplished and transformation operation.Accordineto J.K. Galbraith; "Technology is the systematic application of scientific and other or_tanized knorvledge towardssolvingpracticaitasks". Technowareincludesall physicaltacilitiesrequiredfor the transformation operation, suchas,instruments. equipment, machinery, devices, structures, factories. Somedays ago,peoplebelievedthat disablepersonsare separatefrom our society. Todaythis scenariois fully changed.Peoplechangedtheir believes,norms,ideas andperceptions aboutdisableperson.Thereare manydisablepeoplervhoare able to do any type of work like an able personin cieveloped country. To remove the distress conditionof the disablepeople,we haveto changeand bring them into the mainstreamof the developmentby somc technowaredevelopment.There is obviously a solution where the problem is in this today digital rvorld. Thc technoware equipments can bc -Walkcr, Wheelchair,Digital rvheelchair.Crutch ,E,lbowcrutch,Digitalpen ,Disabienrent softrvare, Disablemenr hardu,are, Digitlt wheel chair and other equipments,Digital sunglasses ,Laptop computer with sensors, They can usecomputerin their homesand also in office or rvorkplace. etc. Mere specialor new softwareonly for them shouldbe developed.The technologi, that is usedinternallyin the office shoulddevelopspeciallyfor them. Orgaware that might come forward to help and share the ideas, sorrows and happinessof disablepersons.Orgawareplays a vital role to develop and establish them like a normal person.There are lot of essentialelementsbut orgawareis most effectiveintegrantsthat can make the dreamstruth of a disablepersons.Orgarvareis a place where a disable person can shorv their capability, skill, knowledge, expertise,experienceetc and ensuretheir strong position in the organizationeasily. There are many organizationsand associationsin where the disable person can easily get any ype of related information and some of them are working for their educationtraining,employmentand relatedother activitiesthat can help themselves in today and in future. The amount or quantity of this type of organization is increasingthan past. Various orgaware like educationalinstitute,hospital, training centers,Bank, NGOs, company, researchinstitutions,media etc, can play a vital role to overcomethis situation.Here, both governmentand private sector should involve mutuallyenhancingthe development. The orgawarecan play the following rolesto disables-The educationalinstitutions can educatethe disablepeople,so, that they can cope with the other people and world. Different organizations and companiescan provide job facilities for them. The facilities may be quota system, transportationamenity, training program, supportive activities etc. The training institutescan train the disable people to increasetheir skill and competitiveness. NGO, bank and other governmentorganizationscan provide loan and createscope to work for them .Hospitalcan assimilatewith researchinstitutions to invent new technology,equipment and medicine to eradicate their disablement.Media can create public consciousness and aiso can concern the authority about the disable people by continuousand mass publicity. The governmentand other organization can reward the disable persons who act any development oriented work as an acceptance their work to motivatethem. So, Orgawarecan help MDGs to achieve of the goals.Disablepeopleneedthe perfectorganizationsystemfor development.It is possible if governments like Ministry of social welfare and international organizations Economicand socialcommissionfor Asia and thePacificand UN like help them .The orgawarecan make easiertheir work. So, MDGs needsto achieve proper orgaware for doing their work. There are about 70 NGO's working for disable people in our country. Such as; like national forum of organizations working with the disable(NFOWD),Action Aid Bangladesh,ManusherJonno, CRP-Centre for the rehabilitation for the paralysed (CRP) , CDD, VARC, Handicraftdisable,PPKS and Sweet Bangladeshetc. EducationalInstitution like CRP (Bangladesh Health ProfessionsInstitute(BIIPI)) at Savar,Dhaka, Hospital and OrganizatiorVcompany. Norv Bangladeshqovernmenthas decidedto reservel0 percentgovernmentjobs and two seatsin every passengerbus for disable people. Bangladeshgovernmentshould establishfor disablepersons.Here those disable personcan get job in that orgaware.Not only governmentbut also NGOs, private organizations,and individuals should come to help them. Orgaware are neededto achievethe MDGs to bring disablepeopleto mainstreamfor development. All four componentsof technologyare complementaryto one anotherand requiredsimultaneous effort to cope for disablepeopleto achieveMDGs. The above mentioned efforts may be included of the regional mid-point review of the implementation of the Biwako Millennium framework for action towards an inclusive,barrier*freeand right basedsociety for personswith disabilities in Asia and the Pacific (BMF) at a high -level intergovernmentalmeeting to be held in

2007.In Bangladesh1.40croreor l0 perccntof the populationare challengedand amongthem70 lakh are women.In this case,we can add technologyfor preventing the causesof disability and the need fbr disseminatethe knowledge of nutrition as many people have become disabled due to malnutrition, reaching out to persons with disabilitiesin rural areasand raisingilwareness and advocacyfor the inclusion of personswith disabilitiesin all social,culturaland religiousactivities.There has been substantial progressundoubtedly,but it needsmore extension& expansion. Now, Bangladeshneedsto take more efforts to establishprotection and promotion of the rights and dignity of personswith disabilities.With regard to the Biwako framework,Bangladeshhas been able to initiate some interventions, but it would requirea lot of inputsand resources from nationaland internationalsourceswith effectiveand efficient policies, strategies,programsand action plans to changethe qualityof life of peoplewith disabilitiesin the country.Differentactorsand players including people with disabilities, their families and the communities need appropriatetechnology to be involved in all the areas from primary to tertiary sectorsin the country's effort to build a better nation to achieve MDGs through BMF.
