We work with startups, franchises, ecommerce, and service companies.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will not only be able to develop highly valuable skills but also gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of dozens of well-run companies. You will be working directly with the founders, CEOs, and top-level executives of companies from a wide range of industries.
You will be able to work independently and make important decisions on a daily basis.
This is a full-time, well-paid, remote position ideal for self-starters and career changers. No previous marketing experience is required, though it is a plus.

Responsibilities
Manage client relationships, client teams, project cadence, and communicate cross-functionally
Handle client calls, liaise between client and ViewEngine Principals
Requirements
Drill sergeant-like organization. Nothing falls through the cracks
Proactive + personable personality
Working hours are in the US (eastern time zone)
