About the Role
Ventura Group is seeking a seasoned contract Project Manager to lead the mid-to-final phases of a website refresh and multi-site consolidation project for our client, a fast-growing CPG brand in the pet wellness space. The design phase is near completion, and we’re looking for someone to drive testing, UAT, content consolidation, and go-live coordination across multiple web properties and stakeholders.
You’ll work closely with the client’s internal marketing and operations leads, as well as existing external agency partners and developer teams. Your job will be to ensure a seamless handoff, bug-free deployment, and clear communication at every step.

About the Role
Ventura Group is seeking a seasoned contract Project Manager to lead the mid-to-final phases of a website refresh and multi-site consolidation project for our client, a fast-growing CPG brand in the pet wellness space. The design phase is near completion, and we’re looking for someone to drive testing, UAT, content consolidation, and go-live coordination across multiple web properties and stakeholders.
You’ll work closely with the client’s internal marketing and operations leads, as well as existing external agency partners and developer teams. Your job will be to ensure a seamless handoff, bug-free deployment, and clear communication at every step.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of the testing and dev phase of a consolidated brand website project
- Coordinate the transition of active subscriptions and customer data from legacy platforms to the new unified website
- Coordinate with creative/design, development, and QA teams to ensure full test coverage
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and feedback to devs and agencies, and resolution tracking
- Translate strategic milestones into actionable, day-to-day execution plans for internal and external teams
- Organize weekly (or more frequent) syncs or working sessions with stakeholders and vendors
- Track dependencies across multiple legacy domains (content migration, redirects, subscriptions)
- Manage timelines and proactively escalate risks or scope creep
- Work with internal marketing and ops leads to ensure readiness and rollout coordination
- Keep internal stakeholders aligned with clear updates and status documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a digital or website project manager
- Prior experience managing full website refreshes, including design handoff, testing, stakeholder management, and go-live execution.
- Prior experience with website migrations, platform integrations, or eCommerce go-lives
- Comfort working across cross-functional teams (marketing, ops, tech)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Experience using project tools like Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar
- Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or CMS transitions
- Bonus: Background in consumer brands, CPG, or subscription-based businesses
