What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers) Be the Strategic Partner Your Clients Rely On- Manage a set group of clients and be their primary point of contact.
- Build strong relationships and become their trusted marketing expert.
- Host monthly calls to walk clients through their performance reports.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to help clients grow their businesses.
Lead and Collaborate Like a Pro- Work closely with our SEO, content, and web teams to hit deadlines
- Keep projects moving and ensure quality at every stage
- Mentor junior team members and elevate overall account performance
- Be the go-to person for junior team members to escalate client issues to
- Identify upsell opportunities and support client growth
