In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our systems and databases. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in various company databases and systems.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital or physical) to ensure easy retrieval.
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data sets.
• Generate reports, perform data cleanup, and follow data integrity protocols.
• Communicate with internal teams to obtain missing or unclear data.
• Ensure all data is handled according to confidentiality and security standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
