We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing – with a strong foundation in SEO and organic growth. Now, we’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to help us scale this channel even further.
As our SEO Manager, you’ll own and lead our SEO strategy end-to-end. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with content creators and developers to grow traffic and improve conversion across key pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Own our keyword and content strategy, focusing on high-impact, evergreen opportunities
- Run regular SEO audits to monitor technical health and fix issues across the site
- Work with developers to optimize on-page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, and performance
- Improve content depth and quality, focusing on both new content and historical updates
- Continuously research and prioritize new SEO opportunities to stay ahead of trends and competitors
- Manage and coordinate SEO freelancers and writers, ensuring timely, high-quality output
- Report on progress and performance directly to the CEO, with actionable recommendations
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Have 3+ years of SEO experience, ideally with a focus on content-driven or marketplace businesses
- Are hands-on with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Know how to brief and guide writers, and you care about both quality and performance
- Understand technical SEO basics (but don’t need to be a dev)
- Have a bias for action and can work independently, but love collaborating cross-functionally
- Communicate clearly and can distill data into insights that matter
Bonus Points
- Experience in SaaS or education/career-tech
- Past success in scaling organic traffic significantly
- Comfortable running small tests and experiments
