About the Role
We’re hiring a Remote Paralegal / Legal Drafter to join our legal ops team.
You’ll take structured info from client forms and turn it into accurate, polished legal drafts.
You won’t be writing from scratch—you’ll be assembling and formatting using templates.
You’ll get full training and systems to follow.
This Role Is FOR YOU If:
You speak and write excellent English (fluency will be tested)
You love checklists, templates, and accurate work
You take ownership of your results
You’re ready to work 50–60 hours/week, full-time
You have fast internet, a quiet workspace, and a modern computer
You improve with repetition and enjoy becoming a master of your process
You’re reliable, responsive, and take pride in consistency
