We’re looking for a remote Technical Solutions Consultant to join us in supporting specialized church management systems and CRMs. We’re especially interested in someone who gets excited about making a difference for churches, enjoys documenting processes, and thrives in a team where people support each other.

What you’ll do:
- Partner directly with large U.S.-based churches to design creative, custom solutions
- Write clean, scalable code using SQL and Lava (Liquid) for Rock RMS
- Test, launch, and maintain applications and systems that churches rely on
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver clear, effective solutions
- Train and support clients, empowering them to get the most out of Rock RMS
What you bring:
- Strong experience with SQL, data migration, and data integrity
- Familiarity with Rock RMS or similar CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points for:
- Experience with church management software (Arena, F1, CCB, Planning Center, etc.)
- Front-end skills with jQuery and Bootstrap
- Direct experience working for a church and a passion for helping churches succeed
