About the Account Executive role


We’re looking for an Account Executive who can both bring in new business and grow existing relationships. You’ll own the full revenue lifecycle, while partnering closely with our product managers and delivery teams. Specifically, you will:

  • Prospect and qualify new clients, building a steady pipeline of companies that can benefit from our approach.
  • Lead the sales and discovery process, from initial conversation to close, turning business goals into clear project requirements.
  • Create high‑level project plans that outline approach, scope, timeline, and resources.
  • Partner with product teams to make sure that we successfully execute on what we promised.
  • Keep clients happy, ensuring that each account sees sustained value over time.

Things we look for

  • Proven rainmaker: 3 + years of experience driving new business in custom software development or complex SaaS solutions
  • Hunter‑farmer balance: Demonstrated success both winning new logos and expanding existing accounts
  • Consultative seller: Skilled at translating discovery insights into phased roadmaps, ROI narratives, and airtight SOWs
  • Understanding of the software world: Comfortable discussing different delivery models, approaches, and tech stacks
  • Remote work experience/preference: Organized, proactive communicator who thrives in an asynchronous environment
  • Thoughtfulness and helpfulness: Prioritizes long‑term partnerships over transactional wins
  • Love of intellectual & creative challenges: Enjoys solving open‑ended problems and iterating on processes
