The Rotaract Club of Bombay Film City, youth wing of the Rotary Club of Bombay Film City, following the sayings of Gandhiji and by following gandhian principles themselves showcased their love for the principles of the Father of our Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, via their initiative branded Relive Gandhi and tried to bring about the change all over also.

Relive Gandhi is a 4-month long initiative undertaken by the Rotaract Club of Bombay Film City, and focuses on reminding fellow Indians of the man who fought for our freedom from British reign, and his ways and means which were crucial in our struggle.

The young Rotaractors braved the wintry conditions and organized a musical play, emphasizing on the values and morals of the long forgotten Gandhian Principles, which were pivotal in shaping the way we Indians used to view the world. Organized on Sunday, the 20th of January, at Infiniti Mall, Andheri, the motive was to remind people of the values and ethics of the Gandhian Principles, which have been forgotten and neglected in modern times.

The play featured college-going Rotaractors between the age groups of 18-25, and soon became the center of attraction in the mall, with their enthusiastic and appealing execution. The crowd were left awed and inspired and there was a sense of reawakening amongst the public that had gathered to watch the play, which was performed twice. The Rotaract Club of Bombay Film City also sported charts and banners displaying messages in support of the Gandhian Principles and interacted with the audience leading up to the play. The Rotaract Club of Bombay Film City also set up a stall for the distribution of Eco-Friendly bags made out of Khadi, which was widely used for general uses in the Gandhian era.

All in all, Relive Gandhi has proven itself as the ideal eye-opener, and the play, which warmed the hearts of the gathered public and showcased the talents of the zealous Rotaractors, was the perfect exhibition of the Gandhian Principles.

Relieve Gandhi was our initiative to spread the Gandhian Principles that are losing its value in the 21st century. We would like you to help us with the same.
