Hi All,
I would like to know how will it benefit anyone who does a Graduation from Distance studies.
Do companies look down if some passess from Distance Studies.
I am currently from HR field working as a Executive HR in a BPO company based out in Bangalore for the last 1+ yrs & having over 5+yrs in Recruitment.
My drawback was that i was an U/G which i completed tru distance education, last year.
If incase, to overcome my current scenario, what if i do my MBA tru regular college will i get better job prospects.
