hey guys can somebody gimme tips on the recreational and cultural activities that motivate employees in an organization pls help!!!!

Just look at Google's campus, and you'll have tons of content to write on.

You can write about monthly employee recognition programs, having facilities like a gymnasium in the office campus, an indoor pool, outings every weekend etc.

That's a fantastic approach. I suggest go beyond google and take your pick from fortune 500 companies. All of those are known for taking care of their employees in an exceptional way.
