what you think about this is it a threat or an opportunity ....because we've seen that when recession came, many companies opted for the simple formula that is cut jobs .. that's means they went for employment cut went or salary cut


but on the other hand some of the companies flourish at that time they opted the strategy of SPEND...they spent in a very strategic way that's why there organization flourished at that tough time.


so what you think it is a threat or an opportunity ???
