Reality shows- good for todays Youth?

Well today the television is boomed with reality shows. Then may it be Big boss, Kaun bamega kitchen champion, sa re ga ma pa many more. We all are a great fan of many of the reality shows viewed on television. We vote for favourite contestants with a wish that they should win, in this race of making your favourite contestant win one keeps on sending sms's and encourages others too vote them. Todays youth very fairly relate themselves with these reality shows, instead of watching those saas-bahu serials they prefer watching these exciting serials. Although they find sas-bahu serials dramatic and filled with emotional mess. But are these reality shows real? is a great question? Apart from this are they giving todays youth a lesson to learn or is it spoiling them. To note few of the reality shows truely help to bring out the talent in oneself for which the contestant is rewarded with a good amount and is provided with an opportunity to make his career in the industry concerned.
Reality shows, although have provided with lots of entertainment and joy but should these shows have some limitations?
 
hey i think some reality shows hel us to improve our self,wer r some of dem just mean for entertainment.........but every one should remember d stunts nd d other skills performed on dese shows r trained by professional trainers,so better not to do it at home

Yes. Reality shows are giving immense pleasure to the viewers. But, some shows are of ridiculous and they don't add any value.
At the same time few shows are keeping a good quality.

reality shows are not good for children cos reality bites can b handled by youth and not the kids so i personally belive childhood and teenage is the age to build the talent and once u hit the reality then go for reality shows
 
Five years back it was the saas-bahu serials which were ruling the roost, but today that place has been taken up by the reality shows, almost every TV channel has one or more reality show on its prime time. Definitely they are in demand. But the story doesn’t end here. We have a large number of reality shows which are exclusively meant for small children. The question is at such a tender age are such shows really beneficial for the children?

At a time when most of the children enjoy playing with their small friends there are a number of others who are moving in and out of the auditions. Some are elated on being selected while others are depressed on being rejected.They cry , get affected and maybe traumatized for life. Talent shows can go on ,but this format hurts the kids Psychology , I feel.
 
Yes it is good for the young talents. Now there are many gates opening through the reality shows which is providing opportunities to the youth to show their talent and can get success. Reality shows is beneficial for not only youth but also for the television as they are earning a lot via these shows.
