friends i call all to discusses on the very issue - BASES OF QUOTA_

Try all and suggest the waYS in which Government should draw a line between deserved and undesrved citizens of india , not based on CASTE, based on economic status, based on rural urban back ground, it can be based on count system one family can enjoy status. so suggest what shall be criteria of deciding all this.
 
To begin with, there is a strong view among many researchers and practitioners that if poor areas are targetted, that is sufficient, that time and money spent on targetting households within these areas is not efficient. Personally, my feelilng is that while this may be true in many places, given the inequality in Indian villages, it is good to target the poorest, because it is public money being spent, and once such families are identified, then strategies for improving thier livelihoods can be targetted to thier needs too. so it is of up most need that we need to identify who poor are in real scense , then only we can talk of any benefit to them in form of providing them livelihood or Quota


ALSO I NEED TO SPECIFY THAT ONE LINERS ( JUST TO FILL 10 POSTS) ARE DISCOURAGED, COME GIVE REAL THOUGHTS, NEED TO BE RELIVENT POINTS.
 
1. REmove the CREAMY LAYER
2. Quota for one generation only
3. No quota in Post Graduation if u have availed of it in Graduation
