1. Tertiary qualification in accounting and finance including membership of a professional accounting organisation (CPA/CA) coupled with substantial experience at senior management level preferably in a large and complex organisation.
2. Experience and skills in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.

4. Demonstrated experience in driving change management initiatives in a complex organisation to achieve commercial and other outcomes.
