do u think that the Academic Qualification makes the person Successful. Talent makes the person successful or a Luck bring the success.


I don't think all above things matter the be successful.
 
hard work and dedication is necessary but there are certain more things to be a successful they are
1 desire
2 decision
3 discipline
4 determination
 
Academic qualifications may not be enough on their own to ensure success, but they indicate that their possessor has got what it takes.

Imagine a new education system, where people don't study but join their business or look for jobs straight from school, with no qualifications to prove their worth. How would employers choose between them?

Academic qualifications ensure you have the basics in learning.An academic education gives people a rounded experience of life, with opportunities to meet people. Thus it makes man successful.
 
Academic Qualification is nothing but the Token for entering a concern or for their future.

For Example many person without any academic qualification are now shine a successful enterperneur in India.

So self learning and Experience only helps a person for his Success.
 
In previous days, it used to be his honestly, piety, kindness, manners but nowadays it's his money and fame, as well as his adaptibility to mould himself into wants the society wants him to be.

For example, you see celebrities doing "human welfare" things today. It's not because they start loving the humanity suddenly after getting fame. It's coz that makes them kind and cool, apart from being wealthy and famous (a complete recipe for a successful person nowadays).
 
Though academic qualifiactions give a big helping hand to be successful in life but, even more important are the talent and skills that an individual possesses. Also, luck has its own role to play in all this.
