I am working in a public sector company and I have to give a presentation on cost savings. Since, the company is incurring heavy finance costs on overdrafts taken from banks. I have thought of giving a suggestion to issue bonds to raise funds at lower costs

Can anyone please provide me the details regarding the procedure of issuing bonds, listing requirements and other compliance. Any other related information or data is highly solicited
