Presently we are making lots of different kinds of shoes, but we want to expand our business worldwide, so we want to make wide range of shoes, Right now we have business relations with many countries like Bangkok, Hongkong, Newzealand, England, Pakistan. Our company will achieve the top position in world level shoes industries in 2016.
LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Throughout the presentation it is very difficult to find out the valid business ethics to run an organization, but after finding all those aspect I am very thankful to my teacher who supported me a lot for this, during this process I found some interesting tips to learn this in a very proper manner. During the methodology process I found the kinds of methods have been adopted for the production purpose of the footwear, clicking and putting department, finishing department. These are the department where lots of worker has been done by thousands of people, but what I learn is there capability of doing work in pressure to complete the work in desired limit time.
CONCLUSION
During the span of making this presentation, I came to know that there is a vast growth prospective for footwear company to utilize their present skills as India is growing as a world’s leading corporate. The training yields me an enhansive corporate knowledge while working in the footwear industry like Rock & Hill. This helps me to gain the knowledge about the financial activities of the company. I have come to know that how the company is making revenues, what are the expenses the company has to bear for the smooth running of the organization. It was great practical experience under rock & hill as it inculcates me to gain the experience to associate with a brand name and help me to understand the working environment of an organization. It was a great and first exposure to the corporate which will be helpful for the future. Besides getting the financial knowledge, I have got a good experience while making the presentation.
