Hero Honda is considered to be most fuel-efficient bike on Indian roads. Most of the people are using Hero Honda bikes because of itsquality, mileage, lower maintenance, good resale value, and its brand name. Hero Honda should think about fuel efficiency in case of upper segment bikes. if the company will consider some of its weaknesses to strength then it can be maintain its position in motor bike segment for a longer period of time.
