Am final yr student of MBA. n i have planned to do my project on the topic "Gap analysis of HR policy formulation and implementation"

so i need help frm ur side... pls try to provide as many inputs as much u can..

It vll be more helpfull if some can provide an existing project report which will be an benchmark for my project...
