Professional pancake recipe!!

The super fluffy, tall and delicious pancakes can be made now at home. They will not even get mushy when you add syrup over it. Now your pancakes will not only rise high but also be soft and spongy.

Ingredients

¾ cup milk

2tbsp vinegar

2tbsp butter

1egg

1cup all-purpose flour

1pinch of salt

2tbsp baking powder

2tbsp baking soda

1tsp vanilla essence

3-4 tbsp. sugar

Procedure:

The secret ingredient is butter milk. Take milk and add vinegar in it and set it aside. It might sound different but this is the important step in the procedure. The milk will be converted to butter milk. Then in a separate bowl add all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl add an egg and beat it. Add in melted butter and vanilla essence or vanilla extract. Pour this mixture of egg, butter and vanilla extract in butter milk. Mix it. Then transfer the mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix all the mixture well, don’t beat it vigorously. Make sure to not let any lumps appear in the mixture but be sure not overdo it. When it is all mixed well, set it aside. The appearance of small bubbles in the mixture indicates that the mixture is ready to be cooked. Pre heat the pan with a small amount of butter. Pour about a small proportion of pancake mixture in the pan and let it cook on adequate heat. You will notice that the pancakes will start to rise up. When small holes start to appear on the upper surface of the pancake mixture it indicates that the lower side is cooked. Turn it around and cook the other side. Cook it, toss it catch it. To bring a twist you can add a spoon full of Nutella over the pancake mixture when it’s being cooked on the pan. This will make chocolate flavor pancakes. When the both sides are golden brown, remove it and add butter or you can top it with chocolate syrup or toffee syrup as you like.
