? Aircraft should be registered and authorized.
? Must have aircraft noise certificate.
? Aircraft operator must have, this documents and
submitted to RAO / DGCA.

? Validity of certificate of airworthiness.
• The validity of c of A of aircraft shall till aircraft
attains the age of 10 year.
• The validity of C of A of aircraft attains the age
of 20 years.
• Certificate of airworthiness of aircraft older than
20 year years shall be valid for 1 year.
? Validity of C of A shall be subject to the aircraft
maintenance organization performing as annual
review.
• All due maintenance specified, and maintenance
program has done.
• All mandatory modification has been done.
• Each repair work should recorded in log book by
technician.
• Flight manual is current version for aircraft.
• General condition inspection of the aircraft is
performed with satisfactory results.
? Responsibility of each person who certify an
annual review.
• All repair work should entered in log book.
• Besides the statement (repair) his/her signature
should be there.
• Review date should be mention in log
book/approved document.
? In case of foreign registration and C of A, Indian
C of A and registration shall be issue after aircraft
arrives in India.
? An application of the renewal of C of A submitted
by operator at least 30 days before its expiry date.
? All record/document should submit to
airworthiness office(DGCA) during renewal/issue
of C of A.
