Q1. Did you have a panel to interview you?
Ans:Yes I had a panel of two people to interview me.
Q2. What were the questions asked to you in all the rounds?
Ans:We had a written test and were shortlisted on that basis. Then a group discussion and last was the final interview. The interview questions were on basis of two rounds that is
- Technical
- Personal
In technical questions were asked of different concept of Retail Markets, Internship project, store experience, sense of responsibility. Personal interview did I have location difference?
Q3. Which was the most difficult question to answer?
Ans: The most difficult question that I faced is I had been given a situation in my store there is a theft of two lakh rupees. Who should bear the cost? My answer was the I would responsible for it but the employees would also pay and I would pay the maximum cost as it was my responsibility. On this point it was difficult convincing the panel.

Ans: No it was not stressful for me.

Q6. How was the experience?
Ans: The interview lasted for thirty minutes. In the start there was a feeling of nervousness but I gained my confidence quickly when I started giving answers to the concepts of retail that were asked to me. The experience that I had got in my internship was another advantage that I enjoyed the interview.
Q7. Would you like to give some tips to students who would go into your profile?
Ans: People who are going for retail profile are:
1. They should be able to sacrifice their social network the obvious reason is in retail weekends are the most busiest days.
2.Be honest and confident.
