Well this is definatley the right step looking at the current scenario, when there is a rising demand for clemency of Afzal guru on sake of his family and proper trial, then what about their family members of those soldiers would it be fair for them if terrorist are let to play with law which one of us would be ready to put our lives in danger for the protection of those(ministers) who are trying to defend there murderer on so called humanitarian basis forgetting about the brave soldiers.
