well im prepari a project on my institute which recruits students 2 london so it comes under ssm n i dnt no how 2 start n wat 2 rite so plz tell me shud i jus make a profile or somthing gud....plz help me out

u can start by covering ..

the main aspect Y students opt for foreign education??
whts the need and demand...
u can surely include all diagrams of SSM
also view more diagrams for marketing s kotler book...u l get loads of diagram to express ur project...
thn include the competetion in mkt
thn come to main points like agents mkt which is growin..
institute legal advisor support..
the institute work to be done..

frm base tp the top...
the diffculties.
the rules..

etc...

Firstly it has to be a pros nd cons wherein you can show why your institute can be better for students who opt for education overseas. The facilities which you provide with the basic admission procedure. If you are recruiting for london only than the reason why just london and not other city or country in that regards..

So it will be like

Why London?
Why that institute?
What more can the institte offer?
What all added services you provide to those students? As in initial accomodation a touring guide etc
 
Ye, i gota the same question, what the project regardin, give us a hint. As in what kinda project/ or what topic? Be more precise

1st form a frame work.....as in wt u wanna do....c dnt jst do a profile....of ur insti....make it may b marketin oriented, or growing big or sumthing....

hey people thanx a lot 4 replyin my project is regarding an institute which is based in london n has set up an recuitment office in mumbai so i jus want 2 make a project on it....so i hope now u get it....
 
ok faizan herez a lil help from ur frnd deya;)

c framework cud b like dis....
- What is SSM?
- In SSM how much does educational intitutions hold? As in how big da sector is?
- The biggest players in this sector? Their market share?
- What makes them such big leaders ? Bench mark any 1 of da big player, by giving a detail analysis n report of it.
- Your insti.....History, Founder, profile....
- Compare your Insti with da big 1, n then find where u lack
- Future plans of ur Insti, n wt wud as a manager of ur insti do 2 get into da top.

I think u cn work around dis frame work.....The top insti u take, u cn go meet them n check out wt kind of products they hv, n wt r they offering.....

I guess dis vl help u.......

SSM is a great avenue

our forum stalwarts ahve alreday given you key inputs which is highly appreciable

i can give a checklist for a SSM project

*do not forget * p's of service mktg
*refer christopher lovelock [bible for ssm -->foreign author]
*if yu are fond of indian authors then go for rama mohana rao's Book service mktg
include things like moment of truth, service recovery, quality initiative and so on
*also mention the people factor importance as i feel they are the key source for ur area of project
