The following courts in India appointed candidates for the position of System Assistant and the remuneration announced by these courts for the position are also given below:

• High Court of judicature at Allahabad – Consolidated pay of Rs.6800 per month

• High Court of Madhya Pradesh – Consolidated Pay of Rs.7000 per month

Apart from these courts, the other government organizations that recruited candidates for the position of System Assistant along with the remuneration offered by those organizations are given below:

• All India Council for Technical Education – Rs.9300-34800 + GP of Rs.4200

• DOEACC Society – Consolidated pay of Rs.6800 per month
 
Educational qualification:

To apply for the position of System Assistant in government jobs, candidates with diploma in information technology/computer science engineering with not less than 50% of aggregate marks from a recognized technical education board are eligible to apply. In addition, candidates must possess good knowledge of software and hardware programs pertaining to computers. Even some organizations look for candidates with bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer applications or information technology and candidates with PG degree in these disciplines are also eligible to apply.

Age requirement:

Normally, candidates between the age group of 21 and 35 years of age are eligible to apply for the position of System Assistant.

Job responsibilities of system assistant:

Candidates appointed for the position of System Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

• To assist system officer in troubleshooting/maintenance of infrastructure like internet connectivity, LAN, Printers, scanners, laptops, computers and servers in the organization

• They are also responsible for maintenance of communication equipment like modem, switches, etc… in coordination with the appropriate service providers

• Any other responsibilities with respect to their profession as assigned by the system officer of the district court/high court from time to time

Selection Process:

Selection of candidates for the position of system assistant, will be based on their performance in the written test followed by interview. Only candidates clearing the written test will be invited for interview. Final selection will be based on their performance in the interview.

Scope of System Assistant position:

Candidates appointed for the position of system officer can be promoted as system officer on the basis of their performance.
