PART-TIME MBA

If you have a considerabel experience in an Industry and wish to continue in the same Industry, then consider a Part-Time MBA.

Note: : Ensure you seek admission in a reputed/A-Grade Institute.

Part-Time MBA is not seen in the same light as a Full time, unless and until you do it from an esteemed Institute.

Full-Time MBA

If you are a fresher and with less then 2years Work-exp then its advisable to go for a Two year fulltime program. Also for those wishing for a career shift( say from IT to sales and Marketing ) then go for a full time program.

If you have a work exp of more then 3+ in an industry, taking up a another career option will erode all your previous exp, which will be really hurting and u'll be treated as a fresher into that domain.

So an already working executive should look for what in a part-time program:

1) Maximize his learnings: He/she already has a fair undersanding of his work and should look for solutions for the problems which they are or must have encountered while working

2)Make Networks: The Part-Time courses are attended by working executives, so here's a big chance for you to network with many professionals under one roof.

3) Know what to expect: Many of the companies have issues with part-timers, in the sense they dont treat a Part-timer same as full time MBA grad. So here is a chance for you to learn what to expect and explore opportunities in the mid-sized companies, who have no issues hiring a part-timer.

4) While doing your Part-time if you wish to shift from Production to Marketing then here is a chance for you to network with those folks as you'll find them within your Institute.
