parents should be able to choose the sex of their children

Hello guys,

Freedom of choice is an important principle generally, but it should not be granted at the expense of unconditional love for one’s children. The pre-selection of gender ‘is a threat to the core value of parenthood that is usually expressed by the commitment to unconditional love’.

Please share your views..
 
no i think having a child is a gift and it should be a surprise for a good parent it would not matter if the child is a boy aor a girl
 
that's pure stupidity because if they get to do this, there'll be high imbalance in gender equalization .. and my friend, if this happens, there grows a chances of you not finding spouse!
 
The question itself is wrong.Why will parents think of choosing or deciding the sex of their child.Parents give unconditional love to their children .For them it doesn't matter if the child is girl or boy.Parents love is something which can't be expressed in mere words.
