The question of the correct, best or 'proper' way to raise children is one which is widely debated in all liberal democracies. Yet it is also a common tradition that decisions regarding childcare are left almost exclusively for parents to make in the 'private sphere' of the home.

Hey i believe, there is no such parenting class as far as India is concerned.

I believe every women in India possess that in-built knowledge about child care.......how to nurture love and take care of your child is not a question of doubt or question to debate...

although we cant ignore that few things come from experience hence every home possess that one women who is always there to help another women to develop her child with utmost care and love.............

At the end i would like to say that a mother can do anything for her child's betterment which need not to be emphasized and taught..

A birth of child gives a proud feeling to all parents. Parenting is one of the most difficult as well as what every parent enjoys.

I feel a child is a part of mother so there is no requirement of child care classes..Every mother knows about her child the best no one else can understand what type of care does the child need. Parenting classes will be another earning a profit motive business for people and it may happen parenting may loose its importance..

I agree with Sunanda of listening to experience or one lady helping the other....
