Research Program
My research agenda pivots around the intersection of organizational culture, strategy, and sustainability.
Associated with these topics, I investigate entrepreneurship, strategy, certified management standards and
governance. Predominantly a field researcher, I utilize mixed methods and analysis tools drawing on interview,
archival, and survey methods. The implications of my research aim to deepen our understanding of how
organizational cultures are developed, changed, and maintained, across organizational boundaries and over
time, with particular focus on practices and strategies related to sustainable business.
