Larry Ellison of Oracle is in court on 11/08/10 bringing suit against a German Company SAP. The Company has admitted the theft.

"SAP, Europe's largest software company, has admitted to liability for theft of Oracle software files by a now-defunct subsidiary, TomorrowNow. The two companies are fighting it out in a federal courtroom in California to determine how much the German company should compensate Oracle."

Digital Piracy is very bad but is very wide in the internet world, the punishment must be decided by company itself as we cannot estimate the losses incurred by the company because of that
