hi this is vishal from rizvi BMS department. our college is hosting an event "OPSIS" specially for BMS & BMM students on 27th & 28th of january 2006.
we are having a business plan for BMS students and a documentary film competition for BMM students. i'll assure you this will be an exciting experience for you'll as we have been getting many partcipants form various reputed colleges.
documentary film competiton rules & regulations:
1. The duration of the film should be a minimum of 7 minutes and a max of 20 minutes.
2. do not mention the name of the college and the participants in the documentary.
3. slang language should be avoided
4. last date of entries is 25th jan, 2006 & the event is on january 27th, 2006.
5. the participating college will have to pay Rs 100/- as registration fees and Rs 25/- per documentary submitted.
rules for the business plan (BMS) to be held on jan 28th, 2006.
1. maximum no of members in a team= 5
2. the fees of Rs 100/- per team & if there are more than 1 team participating from the same institute, then they have to register separtely under this plan.
Guidelines for the business plan
1. the business plan is to prepare a watch industry.
2. description of the business:
a.Assume you have Rs 2 crore to invest and manage all resources within the said limits.
b. financial aspects: Include 3 year & 5 year profit & loss account and balance sheet
c. marketing aspects
d. legal considerations
e. managerial aspects
3 Burification of funds between equity & borrowed funds will be at the teams discretion with proper justifications.
4. each team will have to present their business plan for 20 minutes & the business plan must be submitted in the following specified format before jan 25, 2006.

font size: 12 for normal text
14 for heading
