I recently read an article about the having 2 official heights for Mt.Everest.This is arisen due to diplomatic relations between countries that border with the mountain.I don't understand the relation between the height of the mountain and the ties b/w the countries.Strictly speaking a mountain is supposed to have only one height.Nature is always a contentious issue for states and at times b/w countries.But they must accept that nature is beyond the boundaries/borders.Nature will be beautiful when left in its natural form.We haven't had any problem till now with only one height for Mt.Everest.So why not leave it like that?
