New Chandigarh: Omaxe, one of India’s leading real estate developer has outlined Rs200 crore investments to construct luxury hotel – Holiday Inn in its integrated township Omaxe New Chandigarh.
Spread across approx 700 acres, Omaxe New Chandigarh is an integrated township in New Chandigarh offering plots independent floors, villas, proposed group housing, office and retail spaces, hotels etc.
The company has entered into an alliance with one of the world’s largest hotel companies The Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) as per which Omaxe will undertake the construction of the hotel which will be managed by IHG.
The integrated township will house two architecturally office and retail spaces – International Trade Tower and India Trade Tower. The construction of hotel Holiday Inn is a move towards creation of commercial hub in Omaxe New Chandigarh. This luxurious hotel will cater to the corporate and the local elite including tourists.
